Dedicated Redevelopment Project Page

There you will find information and explanations about the plans, details on how you can help support the project, and updates from the site once the work begins. You can access this special page from the green button at the top of the website homepage or by clicking here. Please keep checking back on the Updates page for all the latest information.

Sponsor a Chair!

As many of you will be familiar, the building of St Andrew’s is a historic and iconic landmark that is well-known to Moffat residents and visitors alike.

St Andrew's, being an older building, is currently undergoing significant modernization to make the building more accessible, comfortable, flexible, environmentally friendly and available for community multi-use, to ensure that it can better benefit the community as a venue that can host a wide range of private and public events, and not just used on Sundays.

The building work is progressing well, but we need your support for the "Sponsor A Chair" initiative.

Your donation will assist us to purchase additional chairs, which will provide flexible seating for the multi- purpose use of the church building, along with a more suitable option for those with differing mobility needs.

HOW TO DONATE

By completing the online form at: https://oaandgap.eventsair.com/st-andrews-chair-sponsorship/chair-sponsorship.

Alternatively, complete the back of the form downloadable below and hand it in to Anne Sanders, Treasurer Upper Annandale Parish Church, Greystones, Hartfell Crescent, Moffat, DG10 9AL, or to the Minister / or one of the elders at the end of Sunday Service.

The cost of each chair is £145.00, however we are asking for a sponsorship donation of £125.00 per chair.

CORPORATE GIFT AID

Don't forget companies are entitled to tax relief for qualifying charitable donations made to charities.

WELCOMING YOU HOME

To all who are weary and seek rest; to all who mourn and long for comfort;

to all who are idle and look for service; to all who are strangers and want fellowship;
to all who hunger and thirst after righteousness; and to whomsoever will come;
our church has opened wide the doors and, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, says to you...

HELP US TO SPREAD OUR
LOVE AND FAITH

Let us build a house where prophets speak, and words are strong and true,
where all God's children dare to seek, to dream God's reign anew.

Here the cross will stand as witness and as symbol of God's grace; here as one we claim the faith of Jesus:
All are welcome, all are welcome, all are welcome in this place.
